ملازمت کی تفصیل

Role overview

This position is focused on strengthening the technical capabilities of regional partners so they can effectively position, sell, and implement Splunk and Cisco solutions. The role is centered on creating partner-ready solutions, building scalable practices, and ensuring partner offerings are differentiated and repeatable in the market.

You will work in close coordination with Partner Sales Managers and Partner Development Managers, sharing responsibility for partner growth, solution maturity, and business success. A major part of the role is maintaining Partner Intelligence documents that act as the main reference for each partner’s technical status, business impact, and development path.

Partner intelligence and planning

The role requires regular quarterly updates to technical scorecards and plans. These documents should capture capability maturity, solution development, services maturity, program progress, opportunity visibility, key stakeholders, and certification movement, while also outlining an outcome-focused development plan linked to the regional go-to-market strategy.

  • Assess partner maturity, skills, and readiness against priority use cases.
  • Document solutions and propositions built around Splunk and Cisco architectures and market priorities.
  • Track practice maturity, including the ability to deliver, monetize, and scale services.
  • Monitor program alignment such as Partner360, tiering, and specializations.
  • Record key opportunities, customers, stakeholders, and technical champions.
  • Treat certifications and accreditations as enablers of growth rather than the end goal.
  • Define target solutions, development needs, and expected business outcomes in each plan.

Core responsibilities

The role spans solution creation, technical coaching, partner community development, opportunity acceleration, and internal alignment. It is designed to move partners from one-off delivery toward industrialized, repeatable go-to-market motions.

  • Develop partner-led solutions, capabilities, and practices that support Splunk and Cisco priorities.
  • Study partner markets, customer bases, and go-to-market focus to uncover valuable use cases.
  • Co-create offerings that solve customer challenges across security, observability, and platform domains.
  • Help partners build scalable, repeatable offerings and billable services.
  • Ensure partner solutions follow Splunk and Cisco architecture, data, and AI-driven guidance.
  • Drive capability maturation from custom delivery to repeatable commercial motions.
  • Work with partner sales and development teams to align execution with regional goals and revenue targets.
  • Own planning for capability growth across managed partners in the region.
  • Deliver enablement, coaching, and hands-on workshops across Splunk domains.
  • Coordinate with enablement, programs, and incentives teams to keep content consistent and aligned.
  • Run architecture reviews and validate partner-designed solutions.
  • Support late-stage pursuits with technical input when required.
  • Plan badge and certification goals on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Provide regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates.
  • Build a regional partner technical community through sessions, workshops, roundtables, and forums.
  • Promote knowledge exchange, best-practice sharing, and solution showcases across partners.
  • Identify and grow partner champions who can support community-led expansion.
  • Maintain structured communication aligned with partner needs and GTM priorities.
  • Use the community to increase adoption of repeatable solutions and build capability at scale.
  • Support strategic opportunities by shaping and advancing partner-influenced deals across security, observability, and platform use cases.
  • Perform structured technical discovery to improve qualification and shorten time to value.
  • Coach partner pre-sales teams on architectures, proposals, and proof-of-value work.
  • Track deal movement and remove technical barriers in priority opportunities.
  • Work closely with Partner Account Managers on pipeline goals, execution plans, and opportunity qualification.
  • Apply Splunk frameworks, architectures, and best practices consistently in partner-led deals.
  • Serve as the technical link between internal teams and partner technical stakeholders.
  • Keep messaging and architecture guidance aligned with Splunk and Cisco go-to-market direction.

Success measures

Success in this role is measured by partner-led business growth, stronger technical communities, more repeatable solutions, better deal quality, and clearer reporting tied to revenue and capability progress.

  • Higher usage of partner-built solutions across target customers and use cases.
