Packing Assistant (CPK)

Role overview

We are hiring a dependable and diligent Packing Assistant for the Central Production Kitchen (CPK) at Cocotte - Healthy Rotisserie in London. This role focuses on preparing freshly made food for dispatch, making sure every order is packed accurately, properly labelled, and ready for customer delivery.

Working pattern

This is a part-time onsite position for 20 hours per week. The regular shift runs from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Key duties

• Pack food items in line with the company’s standards and product specifications.
• Apply labels accurately and include the correct order details on each package.
• Check that every order is complete and packed without errors.
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
• Keep the packing space clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Support stock rotation and storage tasks when needed.
• Pitch in with general kitchen support tasks as required.

Requirements

Experience in food production or packing is helpful, though not mandatory. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to stay productive in a busy environment, and dependable enough to work consistently as part of a team. Knowledge of food hygiene is an advantage, and training can be provided.
