ملازمت کی تفصیل
About the Company
COMMIT Offshore is a global offshore IT staffing and Employer-of-Record (EOR) organization and part of the Commit Group, which is among Israel’s largest technology service groups. The company operates in Armenia, Ukraine, Ghana, Nigeria, Poland, Israel, the UK, Canada, and the USA, with a team of about 320 people. Its Yerevan hub in Armenia supports engineering and recruitment functions for international clients such as JFrog, WSC Sports, D-Fend Solutions, Backslash Security, and Ilyon.
Role Overview
The company is hiring an Operations Lead to take full ownership of the systems, workflows, data quality, and vendor setup that keep the Yerevan office functioning smoothly. This is a dedicated operations position. You will partner with the Head of HR, who manages the people-related side such as contracts, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations, and work with account managers, finance, and the CEO on operational matters.
Key Ownership Areas
The Operations Lead will be responsible for operational process design and SOPs, internal platforms such as Notion, COMS, n8n, and GWorkspace, data consistency across operations tools, automation of workflows and recurring alerts, purchases, operational budget monitoring and cost control, client operational reporting and delivery communication, IT access provisioning and revocation tracking, office administration and local service providers, KPI dashboards for the CEO, and coordination across teams when systems change.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Build and maintain operational budgets, and identify cost overruns early instead of after the month closes.
- Find and remove inactive spend, including subscriptions, services, or contracts that are no longer being used.
- Act as the operational contact for service delivery issues on client accounts.
- Coordinate the issuance and removal of IT access for contractors and maintain a complete audit trail.
- Reply to client operational questions within the same business day.
- Keep a live KPI dashboard for the CEO covering headcount, active contracts, expiring contracts, and budget versus actual performance.
- Raise risks as soon as they appear so the CEO is informed before clients report issues.
- Lead the quarterly operations review by preparing the data, presenting the findings, and owning follow-up actions.
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of practical operations experience in a hi-tech, IT services, staffing, or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience owning systems and processes rather than simply executing tasks inside a structure created by others.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for everyday interaction with Israeli and global stakeholders.
- Good financial understanding, including payroll inputs, budget tracking, and vendor invoice handling.
- Strong analytical ability with the capacity to detect data issues and trace them back to the source.
- Prior exposure to IT staffing, EOR, or workforce management settings is an advantage.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite position based in Armenia. The role is focused entirely on operations and does not include the people-management responsibilities handled by HR. No stipend or salary amount was specified in the source.
Who Can Apply
Professionals with relevant hands-on operations experience in technology, staffing, SaaS, or IT services who can independently manage systems, reporting, and vendor operations are suitable for this role.
