Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HR initiatives that support the organization’s overall strategy.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
• Strengthen workforce capability by supporting current and future manpower needs through engagement, motivation, and retention efforts.
• Promote and sustain a healthy and constructive workplace culture.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate the rollout and tracking of learning programs.
• Manage contract-related HR activities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HRMIS data and related reports.
• Oversee OHC management.
