About the Organisation
The Good Shepherd Centre Kilkenny (GSCK) delivers emergency accommodation services in a low-threshold setting. The centre supports up to 37 emergency residents, 8 people in transitional accommodation, and 1 family in emergency accommodation.
Role Overview
This position is part of a 24/7 service and is focused on supporting overnight operations at the centre in Ireland.
Working Pattern
The role may involve weekend shifts, night duty, and work on public holidays. The post-holder may also need to attend at short notice in response to an emergency.
Additional Requirements
At times, the successful candidate may be asked to attend training sessions or meetings at other venues, including regional locations within the South East.
Qualifications
A minimum of Level 5 qualification in Social Care is required. A full, clean driving licence is preferred.
