About the role

H World International is hiring for a night audit position at the Steigenberger Icons brand in Frankfurt am Main. This is a luxury hotel environment with a strong focus on quality, tradition, and international hospitality. The team is looking for a motivated person who wants to support the hotel’s mission of delivering excellent guest service during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Keep night operations running smoothly at all times.
• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Carry out regular inspections and rounds throughout the property.
• Manage all cashier and payment-related processes accurately.
• Receive and process room reservations in a competent and service-oriented way.

Profile

• A completed education in hospitality is an advantage.
• Enjoy working with people and bring a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong German and English language skills are required.
• High standards for quality and a strong guest-service mindset are important.
• Initial experience with Opera PMS or a similar hotel system is welcome.
