Network Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Network Manager to take ownership of the bank’s network architecture, deployment, and ongoing support. This role calls for deep hands-on expertise in network systems, along with the ability to keep the environment dependable, high-performing, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and roll out network infrastructure covering voice, data, and security to meet business operations and customer service requirements.
• Build and maintain a network setup that can scale smoothly as the organization grows and needs change.
• Track network health, uptime, and security, and keep operations running efficiently.
• Handle network changes, configuration updates, version upgrades, and patching to maintain strong performance.
• Oversee the setup and configuration of security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure access controls.
• Carry out regular security checks and vulnerability reviews to detect and reduce potential exposure.
• Ensure the network environment remains aligned with internal policies and external regulatory standards, including SAMA and AML/CTF requirements.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans for network infrastructure.
• Protect backup and recovery capabilities for essential network services and components.
• Lead, guide, and support a team of network engineers and administrators.
• Partner with IT operations, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to ensure stable and coordinated network services.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Advanced network certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Juniper, or Cisco are considered an advantage.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in network management, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience handling large-scale network environments.
• Strong command of network protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies.
• Practical experience in monitoring network performance, diagnosing issues, and improving efficiency.
• Exposure to cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of network security, access management, and compliance obligations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Based in or willing to work from Jeddah.

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite role.
