Overview
This Belfast-based role offers an opportunity to join a global security organisation as a Mobile Evidence Processing Administrator. The position centres on accurate handling of property-related items, careful record management, and dependable service delivery. The pay rate is £14.40 per hour.

Role summary
The role involves coordinating the transfer of property and related items between key locations across Northern Ireland while ensuring records remain complete, current, and accurate. You will be expected to organise secure transport for confidential items, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain a consistently high standard of service.
You will also receive structured training and ongoing support from managers and colleagues to help you build skills that can support your wider career development.
Candidate profile
The right person will have a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to solve problems independently. Confidence working on your own initiative is especially important when travelling between locations.
A full clean UK driving licence, including entitlement to drive manual vehicles, is required. You must also be able to provide a five-year employment history and have unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening.
Recruitment and compliance
The selection process includes an interview and screening carried out to BS7858 standards. Because of the nature of the work, compliance and security-related questions will form part of the application process, but these only need to be completed once.
A criminal record will not automatically prevent employment. Every application is assessed individually, and all disclosures are treated confidentially.
