Role Overview
WWE is seeking a Manager, Membership Growth in Los Angeles, CA for an onsite, full-time role. The position will support the launch and expansion of a new digital membership offering, with a primary focus on turning a large fan audience and existing waitlist into paying members. This is an owned-channel growth role centered on lifecycle marketing rather than paid media. Candidates with backgrounds in subscriptions, memberships, ecommerce, loyalty, ticketing, sports, media, entertainment, or consumer products are especially relevant. A background of about 2 to 5 years is preferred, though strong alignment to the role may be considered even if experience differs.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of member acquisition for the digital membership product by converting waitlist users and owned fan audiences into paid subscribers.
- Plan and run lifecycle programs across email, SMS, web, app, landing pages, and other owned channels to support launch and sustained growth.
- Work with CRM and Data teams to divide audiences using fan behavior, engagement, purchase patterns, location, event interests, and declared preferences.
- Assist with launch planning, including campaign scheduling, audience flow, and testing strategy.
- Experiment with and improve campaign copy, subject lines, calls to action, offers, send times, landing pages, and checkout paths.
- Partner with Product to identify friction points and improve the journey from waitlist registration to paid conversion.
- Coordinate with Creative and Marketing teams to create assets that explain membership value clearly and encourage action.
- Align with Ticketing, Ecommerce, Social, Content, and CRM teams to increase promotion and conversion across digital channels.
- Work with Events, Marketing, and on-site teams to deliver live-event activations that grow the waitlist, drive sign-ups, and deepen fan engagement.
- Review funnel metrics and share weekly updates on waitlist growth, email performance, click-throughs, landing page conversion, checkout completion, paid conversion, revenue, retention, key learnings, and next actions.
- Build repeatable processes that can be reused for future membership campaigns, renewals, benefit launches, event pushes, and seasonal activations.
Compensation and Benefits
The posted hiring range for this role is $93,750 to $125,000 per year. The final offer may vary depending on location and job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience, while still meeting applicable state and local minimum salary requirements. WWE notes that it aims to offer competitive local compensation packages that may include base pay, short- and long-term incentives, growth and development opportunities, and benefits such as health coverage, retirement plans, vacation, paid time off, and other offerings.
