Laundry Valet

Role overview

This full-time, non-management housekeeping and laundry role is based in West Bay, Doha, Qatar. The position is focused on guest-facing laundry and valet support, with an emphasis on polished service, careful handling of guest belongings, and smooth coordination with the front office and service teams.

What you will do

• Welcome guests on arrival and help unload their belongings safely and respectfully.
• Deliver cleaned laundry and clothing to guest rooms.
• Answer guest needs quickly, including requests routed through the Front Desk and At Your Service channels.
• Check that laundry and dry-cleaning items remain clean, presentable, and properly maintained.
• Complete valet tickets accurately so items are processed and handled correctly.
• Arrange repairs with the right team members and coordinate collection and return after repairs are finished.
• Support other duties assigned by supervisors as needed.
