About the Role
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to handle field measurements, boundary verification, mapping, and survey data processing for construction and land development work in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site surveys to define property limits, terrain details, and construction reference points.
- Use and look after surveying tools such as total stations, GPS/GNSS units, drones, and digital levels.
- Gather, organize, and interpret survey information with CAD and GIS tools.
- Produce precise survey plans, maps, and boundary reports for legal and technical use.
- Check all survey readings, measurements, and calculations for correctness.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction staff so project plans match survey findings.
- Keep survey files, logs, and supporting records current and well organized.
- Follow applicable local, state, and federal rules, codes, and surveying standards.
- Supervise survey crews and assign tasks when needed.
- Visit project locations and provide guidance to project teams and clients as required.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is expected. Professional licensing such as Registered Land Surveyor or Licensed Surveyor may be required or preferred depending on the jurisdiction. The role typically needs 2 to 5 years of combined field and office surveying experience. Practical exposure to GPS/GNSS systems, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey applications such as Trimble Business Center or Leica Geo Office is important.
Working Conditions
- The job is mainly site-based, with some office work involved.

Salary
The expected pay range is AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
