Role Summary

The company is looking for an experienced Knowledge Management Manager to shape and run its knowledge strategy. In this role, you will make sure important expertise, proven practices, and critical information are documented, maintained, and shared in a way that improves access to knowledge, strengthens collaboration, and supports ongoing learning across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create and roll out knowledge management strategies that support business priorities and organizational goals.
Build and oversee governance structures, policies, frameworks, and best practices for knowledge management.
Set up and manage knowledge repositories, document control systems, intranet environments, and collaboration platforms.
Collect, structure, and maintain organizational knowledge, lessons learned, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Work closely with business teams, IT, HR, operations, and leadership to improve information sharing and teamwork.
Encourage a workplace culture centered on learning, innovation, and active knowledge exchange.
Track performance using KPIs, platform usage data, and feedback from users.
Lead governance efforts that protect content accuracy, consistency, security, and lifecycle management.
Spot opportunities to improve knowledge processes through automation, AI-driven search, and digital collaboration tools.
Prepare reports, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
A master's degree or professional certification in Knowledge Management, Information Management, Project Management, or a related area is considered an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, business operations, organizational development, or a similar function.
At least 2 years of experience leading enterprise knowledge programs, content governance, or collaboration platforms is preferred.
Strong knowledge of knowledge management principles, content governance, taxonomy design, and information architecture.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Notion, Atlassian tools, enterprise content management systems, or similar platforms.
Exposure to AI-based knowledge tools, enterprise search solutions, and digital workplace technology is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
