Kitchen Utility Attendant

Role Overview

This full-time position is based at Casino Rama Resort in Rama, Ontario. The role supports the food and beverage operation by keeping kitchen and back-of-house spaces clean, sanitary, and running efficiently. It is a hands-on entry-level opportunity suited to someone looking to begin a career in hospitality.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay is structured by tenure: the starting rate is $18.24 per hour, the 520-hour rate is $20.52 per hour, and the 1-year rate is $22.80 per hour.

Scheduled shifts include:

• SWMON/TUE: Sunday 15:00–23:00, Wednesday to Saturday 17:00–01:00
• SWTUE/WED: Sunday to Monday 15:00–23:00, Thursday to Saturday 17:00–01:00

What the Role Involves

The Kitchen Utility Attendant helps maintain cleanliness, safety, and workflow in the kitchen and dining support areas. The position includes washing dishes and equipment, handling waste, and keeping back-of-house spaces orderly.
