About the role
Dalata Hotel Group is looking for a Kitchen Porter to support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen in Bristol. What you'll do
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the overall operation of the kitchen
- Follow guidance from department leaders and help track food supplies while keeping clean crockery, cooking equipment, and kitchen utensils available at all times
- Keep the kitchen areas clean and organised throughout the shift
- Work with the chef team to ensure HACCP standards are maintained
What you'll need
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment
- Availability for flexible working patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Confidence to work well as part of a team or independently when required
