Company Overview
KSR Group is a platform focused on creating, running, and growing consumer brands in fragrance, food, media, and strategic ventures. The business is centered on turning concepts into operating companies with strong branding, memorable customer experiences, commercial rigor, and efficient execution. Its track record includes scaling a premium fragrance brand from zero to £3.2 million in revenue over three years, building a food brand from the ground up, and developing a podcast platform that explores business, identity, leadership, culture, and legacy. KSR Group aims to build businesses that are commercially solid, culturally relevant, and guided by purpose. The company works with founders, investors, operators, advisors, creators, and strategic partners who are interested in shaping long-lasting brands.
Role Summary
This full-time, on-site London role is designed for someone who can shadow the founder and transform everyday work, insights, and decisions into strong content across multiple channels. You will sit in on meetings, strategy discussions, and brand-related activity, take detailed notes, and convert them into stories, scripts, posts, and short-form content. The position supports content planning and delivery for social media, podcasts, newsletters, and brand storytelling, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and alignment with KSR Group’s direction. You will also research topics, draft and polish copy, work with designers and video editors, review content performance, and contribute to documenting the process of building and scaling brands in an open and engaging way.
Qualifications
The role calls for excellent writing, narrative-building, and editing skills, with the ability to keep content sharp, engaging, and easy to follow. Prior exposure to or strong interest in social media content creation is important, including short-form video ideas, captions, and native content styles for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You should be able to research effectively, distill conversations and rough ideas into structured outlines and scripts, and understand basic content production processes such as working with editors or designers and managing content calendars. A real interest in entrepreneurship, brand development, media, culture, and consumer-focused businesses is essential. The job requires someone who can work in London, stay organized in a fast-changing environment, and handle confidential information responsibly. You should be comfortable accompanying a founder, adjusting quickly when priorities shift, and proactively bringing fresh content concepts to the table. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or Business is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
