Junior Executive

Role overview

The Junior Executive will support cash-in-transit operations in Surat, Gujarat, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, customer coordination, and daily route execution. The role requires careful handling of liabilities, adherence to operating procedures, and prompt escalation of incidents or equipment issues.

Principal accountabilities

• Follow governance requirements, including SOX controls, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Take ownership of liabilities and ensure route-related operations are managed responsibly.
• Maintain route safety and protect the assigned liabilities throughout operations.
• Build and sustain a positive working relationship with customers and banks.
• Carry out cash-in-transit activities in line with SWI and SOP guidelines.
• Report accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management immediately in real time.
• Confirm that all safety devices such as the panic button, cameras, and interlock system are functioning and maintained in proper condition.

Knowledge and experience

• Hands-on exposure to cash counting and cash verification processes.
• Working knowledge of SWI and SOP requirements.
• Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
• Good relationship-building skills with customers.
• Familiarity with routes and customer locations.

Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify counterfeit currency notes.
• Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
