- Create reports based on existing data models and specifications, while learning the business meaning behind the data.
- Work with others to estimate effort for enhancements and to prepare work-package plans that break down tasks and effort; update those plans each week.
- Use already-defined requirements and collaborate with team members to understand the proposed solution.
- Join brainstorming discussions on data models and technical design, and take part in defining test needs and code reviews.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of existing systems, and may help deploy services to end users.
- Handle additional duties assigned by the direct leader or divisional leadership as needed.

The role is suited to someone with 0 to 1 year of development experience who is actively building skills through education, self-study, and hands-on practice.
You should have working knowledge of C#, .NET, data modeling, SQL/RDBMS, technical development processes and patterns, reporting, and web development tools such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You also need to be comfortable working in teams, learning quickly, asking questions, and listening carefully. Experience with HTML/CSS and frontend JavaScript frameworks, working with data models, and designing, coding, testing, and deploying .NET solutions is expected.
