About the Team

The IT Logistics group is responsible for making sure employees receive the devices, accessories, and secure support they need to start productive work immediately. The team oversees the complete journey of company hardware, including purchasing, inventory control, onboarding setup, refresh cycles, repairs, returns, redeployment, and offboarding. It works in close coordination with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, Security, People Operations, Workplace, and regional partners to keep device operations dependable, precise, and able to scale globally.

About the Role

This Singapore-based position owns and expands IT logistics across APAC. It serves as the regional lead for logistics, combining hands-on inventory work with program ownership, vendor coordination, asset management, contractor management, and process improvement.

The role is highly technical. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing physical stock and vendor relationships while also strengthening the systems that keep operations transparent and dependable. Experience with Oomnitza or similar asset platforms is important, along with the ability to apply AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and build stable workflows for inventory accuracy, hardware readiness, high-risk travel handling, procurement transparency, and asset lifecycle control.

What You Will Do

• Run APAC IT logistics from Singapore, covering receipt, labeling, staging, secure storage, cycle counts, device preparation, shipping, returns, repairs, redeployment, and hardware distribution.
• Handle hardware procurement vendor relationships for the APAC region.
• Own the APAC high-risk travel program end to end, including intake, tracking, escalation handling, reporting, coordination, and ongoing improvements.
• Manage a defined segment of the Oomnitza asset environment and related logistics tools, including asset data hygiene, lifecycle tracking, reporting, workflow upgrades, audit readiness, stakeholder visibility, and technical improvements using APIs, integrations, automations, and MCP servers.
• Apply AI, automation, and lightweight tooling to streamline logistics work, reconcile asset records, document SOPs, identify exceptions, and cut down on repetitive manual effort.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, replacements, refreshes, and urgent hardware requests while maintaining strong data accuracy and security standards.
• Bring regional contractors onboard and oversee their work as the team grows, including SOP adherence, quality control, escalation handling, and execution standards.
• Partner with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, Security, People Operations, Workplace, APAC office teams, and vendors to improve the employee hardware experience.
• Continuously spot and implement improvements to logistics workflows, systems, and regional operating rhythms.

What You Should Bring

• Background leading IT logistics, hardware lifecycle, inventory, warehouse, procurement, or asset management operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong practical discipline in inventory handling, including receiving, tagging, staging, cycle counts, reconciliation, secure storage, shipping, returns, and repair processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oomnitza or comparable asset management tools, with the ability to improve data quality, workflows, reporting, and operating controls.
• Technical ability to build or enhance integrations and automations, including APIs, webhooks, workflow orchestration tools, or similar systems connecting logistics, asset, ticketing, procurement, vendor, and reporting tools.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve operations, documentation, analysis, reporting, or automation.
• Vendor management experience covering procurement, repairs, reverse logistics, service levels, escalations, and regional shipping limitations.
• Sound judgment around security, asset controls, auditability, and sensitive hardware handling.
• Clear communication, strong ownership, and the ability to coordinate across time zones with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Comfort acting as the sole regional logistics owner while building the systems, documentation, and contractor model needed for scale.

Workplace and Location

This role is based in Singapore and requires on-site attendance five days per week. It involves direct hardware handling and stockroom activity, coordination across APAC time zones, and close collaboration with global IT Logistics and IT Support teams.
