Role overview
The Talent Operations Coordinator supports a wide range of talent operations activities, including communication for new hires, I-9 processing, employee data management, and assistance with onboarding and offboarding. The position also backs up the Employee Experience Specialist with orientation and other employee experience programs. It is well suited to a recent graduate or an early-career professional who wants exposure to several areas of HR.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR Generalists and Managers with everyday HR workflows and employee life cycle tasks across all markets as needed.
- Handle I-9 completion and verification while meeting federal compliance standards.
- Keep employee records and HR platforms accurate and up to date.
- Arrange communications for new hires, manage paperwork, and coordinate onboarding steps.
- Work with hiring managers, IT, Payroll, and other teams to help new employees get started smoothly.
- Assemble new hire packets and complete related data entry.
- Update the HR Hub with current forms, policies, process instructions, and support materials.
- Help with HR projects, audits, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a similar field.
- Strong organization and a careful approach to detail.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office; exposure to HRIS or ATS tools is preferred.
