Role Summary

This position focuses on delivering a consistently high standard of service to guests and customers. The housekeeping attendant is expected to carry out cleaning responsibilities within the designated work area while maintaining a polite, professional, responsive, and adaptable approach to service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning tasks in the assigned area of work.
• Provide service that is efficient, courteous, professional, and flexible.
• Help ensure guests and customers receive a reliable and positive service experience.

Qualifications

A diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. The role also requires at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations, along with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
