Role Overview

As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you will work as part of an Agile team building healthcare applications and delivering new capabilities while following strong development and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring at least 3 years of hands-on healthcare data experience, with solid exposure to healthcare or clinical analytics.
• Use SQL at an advanced level to independently extract, mine, and manage large, complex healthcare datasets.
• Work with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI and convert analytical findings into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply a deep understanding of claims and billing workflows, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS code sets, in analytics work.
• Use Python, R, or similar programming languages as an added advantage.

Experience

The role requires 5+ years of overall experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. Final pay will depend on experience, skill set, and location. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and additional benefits.

Location

This is a remote role based in the United States.

Education

An engineering degree is required, such as BE, ME, BTech, MTech, BSc, or MSc. Professional certification across multiple technologies is preferred.
