ملازمت کی تفصیل

About SoSafe

SoSafe is building toward a leading human risk management platform in Europe. Its recognised awareness product is designed to change behaviour through engaging cybersecurity and data protection training and simulations. With cybercrime causing over $10 trillion in annual losses and rising by 15% each year, the company positions this role as part of the broader effort to address that challenge.

Location Requirement

This opportunity is limited to candidates who are currently located in, and legally permitted to work in, the UK, Portugal, or Ireland. Applications from outside these countries cannot be considered.

Role Purpose

The position focuses on making the platform enterprise-ready, dependable, and easy to extend within complex security environments. Enterprise buyers assess not only the product content, but also architecture, security posture, demo credibility, and how well the platform fits into existing tooling. This role leads the capabilities that influence procurement security reviews, large-scale user provisioning, identity and access management, integrations, and the quality of sales demonstrations.

You will own core platform areas that act as SoSafe’s enterprise control layer: user and identity provisioning, authentication, access governance across roles and organisational structures, external integrations through APIs, and the demo systems that support go-to-market efforts. These areas have a direct effect on deal speed, retention, and platform growth.

This is a high-visibility role that sits across product strategy, enterprise sales, and technical architecture. It has a strong commercial component because the decisions you shape will affect enterprise buying decisions, customer expansion, and long-term platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Define and clearly communicate the vision and strategy for platform capabilities covering user and identity management, authentication, access control, extensibility, and demo infrastructure.

Lead the roadmap for enterprise-critical functionality such as SCIM-based provisioning, SSO/SAML, role-based access control, and external APIs/integrations, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term scalability.

Own the demo infrastructure used by Sales and Solutions Engineering, including the environments, tools, and configuration processes needed to run reliable enterprise demonstrations. Ensure these setups are stable, easy to reset and provision, and continuously aligned with product releases.

Work closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to identify procurement obstacles, security review themes, and deployment challenges, then translate those insights into a roadmap that improves conversion speed and shortens time-to-value.

Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, and Technical Program Management to deliver platform capabilities that are reliable, secure, and suitable for enterprise-scale deployment.

Shape the extensibility strategy, including API design, integration patterns, partner ecosystem support, and the developer experience needed to embed SoSafe into broader security stacks.

Collaborate with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams to present the company’s enterprise-readiness narrative, support pre-sales security reviews, and contribute to request-for-proposal responses.

Set measurable performance indicators for platform capabilities and track their influence on enterprise conversion, deployment speed, and expansion.

Release improvements in increments, learn from early adopters, and maintain strong standards for security and reliability at every stage.

Candidate Profile

You should bring at least 7 years of product management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

Experience leading platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with measurable commercial impact is important, such as identity and access management, integrations, extensibility, demo or sandbox systems, or administration and compliance tools.

You need enough understanding of enterprise authentication and provisioning standards to hold informed technical discussions with engineering teams and security-focused enterprise buyers, including SSO using SAML or OIDC, SCIM, OAuth, and RBAC.

The role requires strong prioritisation skills, especially when balancing long-term platform investment against short-term enterprise deal needs.

You must also bring strong cross-functional leadership and be comfortable aligning engineering, security, sales, legal, and executive stakeholders around a shared platform direction.

The environment is complex and high stakes, so comfort with reliability and security as non-negotiable requirements is essential.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Experience selling to enterprise security teams or IT buyers, especially where procurement reviews, compliance demands, or InfoSec audits were part of the work, would be valuable.

Practical exposure to platform extensibility, including API design, developer experience, versioning, rate limiting, webhook patterns, or partner ecosystem development, would also be useful.

Experience managing demo or sandbox environments, particularly in keeping them stable, fresh, and representative during fast release cycles, is an advantage.

Familiarity with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Entra, and how they fit into enterprise IT setups, would be helpful.

Benefits

Employees can expect flexible working hours and 33 vacation days.

Support is available through Open Up and corporate discounts.

The company also offers virtual events, team collaboration activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups.

Additional perks may include tech equipment, referral bonuses, and a dog-friendly headquarters.

The listed benefits apply to full-time employees and may differ slightly by office location. They are only a sample, and more detail will be shared during the interview process.

About the Company

SoSafe aims to improve digital safety by addressing the human side of cybersecurity. As a fast-growing security awareness scale-up, it combines behavioural science with data-driven learning to help people defend against cyber threats. Its Human Risk Management approach is designed to turn employees into a stronger line of defence.

The company is supported by investors including Highland Europe and Global Founders Capital and continues to expand internationally. It is seeking people who want to make a meaningful contribution to cybersecurity, take ownership, and grow in a collaborative environment.
