Role overview

FASTSIGNS #110201 is looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to support the team in Fort Myers, Florida. This role is centered on producing print-ready visual work for signage and related media, while also helping customers turn their ideas into accurate finished graphics.

What you’ll do

• Build full-color computer graphics and vinyl production files that can be printed, mounted, weeded, cut, and applied as needed.
• Adjust or recreate artwork from customer sketches, files, or completed design references for production output.
• Choose the appropriate size, typography, layout, and visual balance based on available space, design standards, and production constraints.
• Review each job carefully before sending it to production so the material choice and device settings are correct.
• Keep customer logo files organized and convert graphic files as required.

What the employer is looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and operate independently.
• Comfort with choosing the most suitable output method based on customer needs.
• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods, including 4 hours or more.
• Capability to perform well under pressure while producing a large volume of accurate, high-quality work.

Pay and benefits
