Role overview

This is an entry-level opportunity for new graduates and early-career candidates who want to build an international career instead of starting in a conventional office role. The position is based in China and combines teaching, cultural exchange, and structured professional growth. No previous teaching background is needed, as full training and visa support are provided.

What you will do

• Lead English lessons for children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in an engaging, lively classroom environment.
• Use the organisation’s curriculum and digital teaching resources to deliver interactive classes.
• Support learners with helpful feedback and encourage their confidence in using English.
• Join school-based events, cultural activities, and student participation programs.

Accommodation and visa terms

The first two weeks of hotel accommodation are treated as sponsorship once the first-year contract is successfully completed. The cost of the sponsored legal Z work visa is reimbursed.
