Role Overview

The position is for a verified Google Business Profile owner or administrator who can maintain an active listing, keep business details up to date, and interact with customers through the profile. The work is remote and carried out independently on a flexible, asynchronous basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the Google Business Profile accurate, current, and fully maintained.
• Handle customer questions and interactions in a way that strengthens the business’s online visibility and customer experience.
• Share useful observations with representatives from different industries to help identify marketplace trends.
• Operate independently and on your own schedule while maintaining quality and meeting engagement expectations.

Qualifications

Candidates must already own or administer a verified Google Business Profile. A minimum of one year of active experience managing a business listing is required, along with regular use of the GBP platform. Experience in hospitality and lodging, food and beverage, retail and shopping, or professional services is preferred.

Compensation

This contract role pays $60 per hour.
