Your Role and Impact
As part of Marvell's Global Learning and Development team, your focus will be to empower talent and enhance organizational capabilities in the APAC region. You will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and global centers of excellence to create and implement impactful learning and development strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and regional leaders by evaluating learning needs and designing solutions that address capability gaps in alignment with business priorities.
- Lead the development and delivery of learning and organizational development programs tailored for the APAC market, leveraging AI and innovative technologies.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to assess organizational needs and contribute to global program offerings.
- Facilitate engaging learning sessions, team workshops, leadership assessments, and coaching activities both virtually and in-person.
- Utilize effective facilitation methodologies such as active listening, strategic questioning, feedback exchange, and role modeling to enhance group learning experiences.
- Design or curate high-quality learning content from internal or external sources as appropriate.
- Develop and execute organizational development interventions aimed at building high-performance teams, enhancing leadership skills, improving organizational health, and cultivating culture.
- Create metrics and evaluation methods to assess program success and progress.
- Employ analytics and reporting tools to guide strategic coaching and initiatives with business leaders.
- Apply project management expertise to coordinate critical deliverables and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Provide support for change management and performance initiatives through analysis of team dynamics and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence and HR partners on cross-regional projects and programs.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve challenges within the scope of responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client groups and leadership to identify evolving learning needs.
- Assist in budgeting processes and manage allocated resources in accordance with company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; Master’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or related discipline is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in training, learning design, or performance consulting with proven success engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an engineering-related environment is mandatory.
- Capability to translate business objectives into targeted and effective learning and OD interventions.
- Strong background in instructional design, systems thinking, or strategic planning.
- Experience incorporating AI tools and emerging technologies into learning solution design and evaluation is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential to effectively support Greater China programs.
