Front-End Developer - AI Trainer

Role overview

We’re seeking a Front-End Developer - AI Trainer to support the improvement of AI systems. You’ll join a large technical network of over 100,000 professionals spanning front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineering disciplines, all contributing to practical AI progress.

The work combines flexibility with technical depth. You will collaborate with advanced AI models on coding assignments such as solving complex programming challenges, creating polished applications with rich functionality, and turning data into useful insights through analysis and visualization. Your contributions will help train systems that continue to learn and improve.

Some people use this work alongside a separate full-time role, while others make it their main focus, selecting projects and work times that suit their availability and goals.

How the process works

After registering, you’ll complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you’ll receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be unlocked on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a wide range of coding tasks that support AI training, with strong focus on Android-related development.
• Produce well-structured code examples along with clear, easy-to-follow explanations.
• Review AI-written code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future AI model behavior and output quality.

Compensation and work style

Contract work is paid on an hourly basis, with rates starting at $50-$100+ per hour and potentially higher for select projects. You can choose the assignments you want to take on and decide when to work. All work is performed on your own computer, from home, and on your own schedule.

Payment and contract terms

Payment is processed through PayPal, and any USD currency conversion is handled by PayPal. There is no request for payment from candidates at any stage. This is an independent contractor role.

Eligibility and availability

This opportunity is available only to applicants based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates outside these countries will not have access to assessments or available work on the platform.

Additional qualifications

Strong English fluency is required, ideally at native or bilingual level. A bachelor’s degree, whether completed or still in progress, is expected. Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is preferred. Excellent writing and grammar skills are also important.

Technical background

Kotlin experience is preferred. In addition, candidates should be proficient in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
