Role overview
We are hiring a founding operations associate for a rapidly growing healthcare startup that is building AI-driven clinical training avatars. The business is already generating seven-figure ARR, has several million dollars in pipeline, and is bringing on about ten schools each week. It is currently expanding beyond a narrow initial niche into a much broader opportunity set and is in the process of closing a bridge round, with a Series A expected later this year.
The team is small, roughly five people, informal and tightly connected, and operating at a fast pace. This is a broad, high-trust generalist role with meaningful room to shape the function as the company grows.

Base compensation is $80K–$100K, along with health insurance.
What the role involves
This position is effectively a founding generalist role, described as joining the company like an additional founder, though without equity. The first priority is customer support: helping clients navigate the platform, creating and managing customer accounts through the admin portal, and learning the product deeply enough to guide users confidently.
Over time, the role extends well beyond support. You will help build scalable customer support processes, maintain internal documentation, own general operating tasks, coordinate across teams, and serve as a connection point between engineering and the commercial side of the business. There is also potential to contribute to early outbound pipeline development as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, hands-on support to customers and guide them through the platform
- Create and manage new customer accounts using the admin portal
- Build repeatable systems that improve customer support delivery at scale
- Manage day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination between functions
- Translate priorities and information between engineering and the business team
- Support early outbound pipeline generation when needed
Requirements
- Clear, confident communicator who is comfortable in customer-facing conversations
- Able to think in terms of systems and processes, not just isolated tasks
- Genuinely comfortable in an early-stage startup environment
- Ready to handle practical work and get into the details when needed
- Capable of learning new tools and working in admin systems; no coding or computer science background is required
- Strong interpersonal fit: collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented
- Previous experience at a startup or small company is a plus
