The opportunity

SplitStay is seeking an exceptional AI-native builder to design and implement its internal AI systems. This role is not a conventional operations, design, or pure engineering position. It is for someone who enjoys converting messy founder workflows into scalable AI-driven systems and who naturally thinks in workflows, systems, automation, and leverage. Speed and practical execution matter here.

First mission: AI Deck Generator

The initial priority is to help build SplitStay’s internal AI Deck Generator. At present, the team prepares high-quality partnership decks manually for different event categories and strategic partners. The aim is to automate that process while keeping the quality high.

The intended input includes the target event or company, the audience, and the objective. The expected output is a complete seven-slide deck with tailored messaging, event-specific visuals, and a presentation-ready export. The objective is to produce strong decks in minutes instead of hours.

Reference decks mentioned for the desired output style include examples for HYROX, Comic-Con, and IMEX.
