About the Role

The Floor Supervisor position is a full-time store leadership role in Winnipeg, Manitoba. You will support the Store Manager in delivering an excellent customer journey, keeping the sales floor running smoothly, and helping create a positive, inclusive team atmosphere. The role combines customer interaction, team support, and store operations, with responsibility for meeting daily sales objectives and maintaining brand standards.

Core Duties

• Lead customer interactions with a friendly, engaging approach that supports sales and strengthens brand loyalty.
• Act as a key holder and shift leader by opening and closing the store, assisting with daily operations, and supporting store management.
• Coach associates in real time and help maintain strong sales performance throughout the day.
• Represent the brand by staying informed on campaigns, product launches, and brand direction.
• Support floor execution by handling new stock, replenishing merchandise, operating the cash register, and completing related store tasks.

What You Need to Bring

• A warm, organized, and customer-focused mindset with strong time management.
• Confidence in leading by example and handling issues quickly and effectively.
• Enthusiasm for the brand’s goals, values, and customer experience standards.
• Previous experience as a retail team leader and key holder.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for long periods, and to carry up to 20 pounds.

Schedule and Working Conditions

• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
