Role overview

This hands-on driving role is centered on keeping e-scooters available, safe, and well distributed throughout the city. You will work shift patterns to move scooters where they are needed, make sure they are charged and roadworthy, and help keep public spaces tidy and uncluttered.

The position also involves recovering misplaced scooters, returning damaged ones for repair, and supporting warehouse operations when required.

Main duties

• Operate company vans to pick up, move, and deploy e-scooters, or to exchange batteries.
• Place scooters carefully so streets and sidewalks remain clear and orderly.
• Locate missing scooters, inspect their condition, and either send them back to the warehouse or put them back into service in the city.
• Carry out simple roadside fixes to improve fleet availability.
• Support the warehouse and wider operations team whenever additional help is needed.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is a dependable and proactive driver with a practical, ownership-minded approach. You should know the local area well, work safely and securely on the road, and be comfortable using smartphones and basic tools. Professional driving experience is helpful, but not essential.

You should also have strong local language ability. English is considered an added advantage.
