This role sits within a team focused on field-based service for water treatment systems. It is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving technical problems, and building strong customer relationships while supporting sustainability goals.

Role Overview

As a Field Service Representative, you will provide on-site support for water treatment and filtration systems, helping customers maintain reliable operations and protect critical equipment. The position is based in Leinster and covers territory across Ireland, with occasional overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist service and support for water treatment and filtration equipment.
• Track chemical consumption and system output to keep operations running effectively.
• Diagnose faults and fix equipment or treatment-related issues with practical, cost-conscious solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to reduce downtime and improve uptime.
• Keep service records accurate and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Work with internal colleagues to improve the overall quality and consistency of service delivery.

Position Details

• The job is anchored in Leinster.
• The service territory includes all of Ireland.
• Some overnight travel may be required from time to time.

Requirements

• Leaving Certificate, high school diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• A current, valid driver’s licence with no restrictions.
• Background in a technical service role, preferably involving water filtration or industrial/mechanical settings.
• No immigration sponsorship is available for this position.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in confined spaces and in hot, cold, damp, or dusty conditions.
• Ability to lift, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand for long periods.

Preferred Background

• Associate degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or a related subject.
• Practical plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial machinery.
• Exposure to boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite.
