Candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of building services and facility systems, including heating, ventilation, and sanitation.
• Familiarity with relevant safety rules, such as DGUV requirements and VDE standards.
• Practical hands-on ability, technical understanding, and an independent working style.
• Responsible approach when handling technical systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
