Role overview

FTX - AGRO is hiring a full-time Executive Vice President to lead enterprise strategy, strengthen operations, and support long-term, sustainable expansion. This is a remote leadership position based in the United States.

What the role involves

The EVP will oversee major business functions and keep commercial, financial, and operational priorities aligned with the organization’s broader goals. The position calls for strong executive leadership, close coordination across departments, and steady delivery against strategic plans.

On a day-to-day basis, the role includes monitoring financial and operational performance, advising senior leadership, handling important stakeholder relationships, and addressing high-impact business challenges. The EVP will also assess new market opportunities, contribute to large partnerships and investment decisions, and help build a culture centered on accountability, innovation, and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

The company is looking for a senior leader with a proven record of guiding executive teams, shaping strategy, and producing measurable business results. A strong grasp of finance and commercial operations is important, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss oversight, and using data to support decisions.

Experience in agribusiness, agricultural technology, food systems, or a related sector is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should also bring excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to operate effectively with board-level and executive audiences.

Success in a remote, distributed setup is essential, along with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and teams across regions. The role also requires a history of creating scalable processes, improving efficiency, and leading change effectively. A commitment to ethical leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainable business practices is expected.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or an equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
