Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can bring professionalism, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset to a fully remote environment. In this position, you will work as a W2 employee supporting one or more executives through long-term partnerships, acting as a dependable strategic partner who helps protect their time, stay ahead of priorities, and perform at a high level.
This opportunity is designed for seasoned EAs who treat their role as a craft, value precision, communicate with confidence, and thrive while working remotely with flexibility.
What You Will Be Doing
- Handling sophisticated calendar management, including scheduling across time zones, balancing competing priorities, and planning ahead to keep executives focused.
- Overseeing executive inboxes with discretion, strong judgment, and polished communication.
- Arranging travel within the U.S. and internationally while anticipating issues before they become problems.
- Building trust-based relationships with clients and representing both yourself and the company with warmth and professionalism.
- Identifying needs early and solving problems independently without waiting for step-by-step direction.
- Creating presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Managing expenses, projects, and administrative systems.
- Using technology and AI tools independently and responsibly to support daily work.
Compensation and Benefits
This role pays $30 per hour, along with regular pay increases over time. Total compensation also includes access to benefits such as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
Full-Time Benefits
- W2 employment
- Fully remote work with no nights or weekends
- Flexible schedule during standard business hours
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Paid parental leave
- Technology stipend
- Ongoing mentorship and support from a team leader
- A people-first culture centered on respect, transparency, and flexibility
Who Fits This Role
You are an accomplished Executive Assistant with years of experience and a reputation for being organized, thoughtful, and reliable. You communicate clearly, take initiative, manage details carefully, and build trust quickly through consistent follow-through and professionalism.
Your top priority is joining a fully remote company that values flexibility and fosters a workplace culture grounded in respect, kindness, and transparency.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant delivering true executive-level support; general administrative experience does not meet this requirement.
- Advanced calendar management experience, including complex scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Strong background in travel coordination and inbox management for executives.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, plus the ability to quickly learn new technology and AI tools.
- Comfortable and professional on video meetings with senior leaders and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that support strong client relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and stay organized without prompts.
- Must live in one of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Alaska.
Role Limitations
- This is not entry-level administrative work or routine task support.
- You cannot combine this position with another full-time job or side gig.
- This role is not suited for candidates who are uncomfortable with technology.
- It is not a training or stepping-stone role; it is intended for experienced Executive Assistants already performing at a high level.

The full-time version of this role is 32 to 40 hours per week during standard business hours. Part-time remote opportunities are also available for candidates seeking fewer hours.
Application Notes
Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered, but meeting the experience threshold alone does not guarantee progression. Applications are reviewed for completeness, care, alignment with role expectations, and current client hiring needs.
Thoughtful, original responses are encouraged. You may use AI tools for support if helpful, but your answers should reflect your own experience and voice. Complete sentences, correct spelling, and strong grammar are expected.
