What the employer is looking for

Strong organisation, flexibility, and a proactive mindset are important, along with the ability to adapt when priorities change and to work through challenges independently.
You should be approachable, grounded, and comfortable building relationships across different parts of the business. Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in teamwork and culture are all essential.
Why this opportunity stands out
You will be joining a certified great place to work and an award-winning team. The environment is close-knit, supportive, and inclusive, with a strong focus on recognising contributions and helping people grow. The company values Ambition, Integrity, Partnership, and Accountability, and offers ongoing learning, career development, and health and wellbeing benefits.
