Education Specialist

Role overview

This is a remote hourly contract opportunity for an Education Specialist. The work is based in Latin America and offers pay in the range of $20 to $40 per hour. The expected commitment is 10 to 40 hours each week.

What you'll do

• Create engaging, analytical questions from image- and video-based scenarios.
• Write concise, well-structured explanations that reinforce learning goals.
• Review answers and share practical feedback that helps improve performance.

• Keep every piece of content accurate, relevant, and educationally sound.

Required background

• Hands-on experience in instructional design, teaching, or learning sciences.
• Comfort with breaking down complex ideas into simple, understandable language.
• Proven ability to assess reasoning quality and learning outcomes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• A careful approach with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a remote team.
