E-commerce Growth Executive (AI-Powered)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven E-commerce Growth Executive to help scale a men’s fashion brand in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning quickly, and using modern AI tools to work more efficiently and support business growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the Shopify storefront to support sales and customer experience.
• Handle the Amazon Seller Central account and its day-to-day operations.
• Build and refine product listings, including titles, descriptions, visuals, pricing, and keywords.
• Manage order processing, shipping coordination, exchanges, and returns.
• Maintain and expand the brand’s presence across social media channels.
• Use AI-based tools to generate content, enhance listings, interpret data, and boost productivity.
• Track sales results and contribute ideas that can improve growth and performance.
• Liaise with designers, photographers, and logistics partners whenever required.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail.
• Working knowledge of Shopify.
• Basic familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
• Comfort with social media platforms and how they are used for business.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Quick learner with solid planning and organization abilities.
• Willingness to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or learn them quickly.
• Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently.

Compensation and Growth

• Total earning potential of AED 5,000 per month.
• AED 3,000 fixed monthly salary.
• AED 2,000 sales commission package linked to monthly sales targets.
• Extra progressive commissions available when monthly sales exceed targets.
