The Role

As a Deployment Strategist, you will help solve complex business problems by turning customer objectives into practical, data-led workflows that are actually adopted by end users. The role requires rapid iteration, building solutions from the ground up, and supporting organizations as they improve operations at high speed.

You will work directly with enterprise clients, translate messy business challenges into actionable software solutions, and contribute both strategically and technically. This is a hands-on position where you are expected to write code, deliver production software, and collaborate closely with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their most important business goals and operational pain points.
• Design and implement workflows on enterprise data that lead to measurable business change.
• Develop solutions quickly, iterate based on feedback, and build from an early concept to production use.
• Bridge technical execution and business strategy to deliver outcomes that matter.
• Write code and ship production-ready software as part of client delivery work.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to move projects forward.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer-focused problem solving and a commitment to delivering meaningful results.
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex issues into practical solutions.
• Comfort working independently and taking ownership of delivery while using team support when needed.
• Ability to work with large structured and unstructured datasets in production settings.
• Hands-on coding mindset and willingness to get deeply involved in implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across different stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel for implementation work when needed, typically 10% to 33% of the time.

Preferred Experience

• Background in delivering enterprise AI solutions in production.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript or Python.
