Position overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist (m/w/d) for a full-time on-site role in Munich, Germany, on behalf of a long-standing partner in the pharmaceutical sector. The assignment is part of employee leasing and the planned start date is 15.08.2026. The compensation range mentioned for this role is 69,000 to 78,000 euros per year, with a possible monthly pay of up to 6,500 euros at the Penzberg site.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and guide collaboration with external software development partners to ensure successful delivery of innovative software solutions.
- Work with complex datasets using modern internal software and data science methods.
- Independently plan, organize, and execute work packages, including progress tracking and proactive risk management.
- Collaborate closely with international specialist teams across different disciplines and business units.
- Design, run, and scientifically evaluate experiments on modern LC/MS systems.
Profile
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural sciences, medical technology, bioinformatics, or a similar field.
- Experience in data analysis and in using modern data science tools is beneficial; solid knowledge of Python, R, or a comparable programming language is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment is desirable.
- Good spoken and written English is required; German skills are considered an advantage.
