Overview

Fósforo is seeking an entry-level Data Insights Analyst to join the team full time in Australia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and turning numbers into practical business recommendations. The position focuses on helping different teams make informed decisions through clear analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information from a range of business systems, then clean and analyze it for reporting and decision support.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that make important findings easy to understand.
• Look for trends, recurring patterns, and opportunities hidden in the data.
• Work with internal teams by sharing analysis-backed suggestions and recommendations.
• Track KPIs and build regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data across reporting tools and systems.
• Record analysis methods, workflows, and reporting guidelines for future reference.

Required Skills and Profile

• Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems logically.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Any familiarity with Python or R for analytics work will be helpful.
• Careful attention to detail along with solid planning and organization skills.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to explain insights effectively.
