About the Team

As part of this group, the data team supports the wider organization with advanced engineering, modelling, and reporting capabilities. The team is currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst to focus on product data modelling and reporting, helping the business continue to grow.

What You Will Do

Use GCP-based tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Looker to improve data quality, speed up delivery, and ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
Track down and resolve data-related problems, including quality issues, mismatched records, and missing information.
Help build and continuously improve data solutions.
Apply dbt to solve complex modelling challenges with attention to performance, reliability, and scalability.
Support prevention and alerting workflows.
Follow and improve internal standards such as naming rules, modelling practices, and data quality checks.
Communicate clearly and in a structured way with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Assist teammates in designing, building, and rolling out data warehousing, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

At least 2 years of hands-on SQL experience, including joining and transforming different data types such as strings, integers, JSON, and arrays, writing parameterized queries, and debugging SQL code.
Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
Strong communication skills, including timely, clear, and consistent updates on progress, blockers, and findings.
A curious, growth-focused mindset and a willingness to keep learning.
Ability to interpret issues from both technical and business angles and explain them effectively.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

The gross monthly salary is EUR 3,000 to EUR 4,000.

The role is based in Nzalae/Nzawa locations, Kitui County, Kenya, and is marked as remote.
