Customer Support Specialist

Role overview

This position is for a Customer Support Executive working with SafeGold. The role is centered on helping customers across multiple communication channels and ensuring their issues are fully resolved.

What you will do

• Respond to customer questions and concerns through chat, email, and phone.
• Track each case through to resolution and make sure no issue is left open.
• Work with internal teams whenever cross-functional support is needed.

What the role calls for

• Strong communication ability in both English and Hindi.
• Prior familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
