Customer Support Executive - Telugu

About the Role

Healeo Nutrition is looking for a Telugu-speaking Customer Service Executive to support customers through phone-based interactions. This position requires strong fluency in both Telugu and English, along with the ability to deliver clear, helpful, and courteous support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
• Respond to customer questions with accurate and easy-to-understand information.
• Maintain a smooth and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
• Handle a large call volume while staying organized and effective in a remote work setup.
• Interact professionally with multiple customers and address their needs patiently.

Requirements

• Excellent command of Telugu and English is required.
• Strong speaking, listening, and customer interaction abilities are essential.
• Prior experience of at least 6 months in customer support, telecalling, or a related role is needed.
• Comfort with managing both inbound and outbound call workflows is important.
• A disciplined, self-driven approach is necessary for remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass is mandatory; graduates will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and email is required.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately is expected.
• Previous exposure to customer-facing work will be considered an advantage.
