Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

Role overview

Tabrah Flowers and Gifts Trading is hiring a well-organized, friendly coordinator to act as the main contact for customers and business partners. This role covers the complete order journey, starting from the first inquiry and continuing through delivery, while also supporting the florist, delivery, inventory, and CRM workflows.

Customer service and order handling

• Handle customer conversations on WhatsApp from the time an order is placed until it is delivered.
• Guide customers toward suitable floral arrangements based on the occasion, their preferences, and what is currently available in stock.
• Share payment links, send tracking updates, and keep the sender informed throughout the process.
• Work closely with the florist and delivery teams so orders are completed correctly and on schedule.

B2B and event coordination

• Manage recurring weekly floral orders for business clients.
• Communicate with event companies regarding floral requirements for their functions.
• Attend events when needed to supervise floral setup and maintain quality on site.

Partner and supplier coordination

• Coordinate with third-party sellers through WhatsApp to organize flower pickups and deliveries.

Inventory and system management

• Record inventory accurately and keep stock information current.
• Maintain Zoho CRM and update inventory records consistently.

Ideal profile

The role suits someone with strong communication abilities, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to stay on top of several orders and conversations at once. Experience with CRM and inventory tools is useful, and prior exposure to the gifting or floral sector is preferred.

Working hours and compensation

Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In addition, WhatsApp must be monitored from home until 9:00 PM. Paid overtime is available for Sundays and extra weekday hours. The monthly salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 4,500, depending on experience.
