Creator Talent Manager

Role Overview

Status MGMT is hiring a digitally fluent Talent Manager to support the growth of social media creators. In this role, you will act as the main liaison for your assigned creator roster, connecting them with brand partners, platforms, and new business opportunities so they can build long-term income from their content.

Compensation

This is a commission-only opportunity. Candidates should be comfortable working entirely on commission and should already have experience in commission-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and strengthen relationships with a personal roster of creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Research, identify, and present opportunities for brand and music collaborations.
• Lead negotiations for deals, contracts, and partnership terms.
• Track industry developments, including platform changes, algorithm updates, and broader creator economy trends.
• Work alongside legal, finance, and marketing teams whenever coordination is required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator relations, or sales.
• Solid knowledge of the social media creator ecosystem.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach to both creators and brands.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by commission-based performance.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines at the same time.

Preferred Background

• A pre-existing network of creator and/or brand contacts would be an advantage.
