Role overview
Bumble Inc.’s Creative Studio is expanding quickly as it supports the company’s global app portfolio, and this role sits at the center of that growth. The Creative Project Manager will help keep creative work moving smoothly from the initial brief through final delivery, partnering with teams across time zones and geographies.
You will work inside an in-house creative function made up of designers, art directors, copywriters, video editors, and producers, while also coordinating with external agencies and production partners. The role is based in the United States and reports to the Associate Director of Creative Operations in the UK.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, forward-thinking, and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment. The work covers a wide mix of creative deliverables, including social content, CRM, experiential work, and more.
What you will do
- Own creative projects end to end, starting with brief intake and kickoff and carrying them through to final delivery.
- Organize kickoff meetings with creative partners and marketing stakeholders, and clarify deliverables so projects begin on solid footing.
- Create and maintain detailed workback schedules that map milestones, deadlines, and review points in partnership with the creative team.
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for marketing stakeholders, keeping them updated on progress, timing, and upcoming reviews.
- Set up and run meetings, reviews, and cross-functional discussions, including agendas, action tracking, and follow-ups.
- Collect questions and feedback from stakeholders, then route them to the appropriate creative team member when needed.
- Handle several projects at once while keeping priorities organized and balanced.
- Work with Creative Operations to identify capacity issues or timeline risks early.
- Keep Asana updated as the central source of truth for task ownership, timelines, and project status.
What the company is looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably with some in-house exposure.
- A solid understanding of how creative work is planned, managed, and delivered.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when working with senior stakeholders or marketing partners.
- The ability to challenge unclear briefs, unrealistic schedules, or shifting scope with support from Creative Operations leadership.
- Experience guiding projects from kickoff through final approval, including workback planning and delivery management.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Asana, plus comfort using Slack for daily communication.
- Interest in exploring AI tools to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
- The ability to stay effective in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities without lowering quality.
- A collaborative approach, a positive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
- Enthusiasm for building a stronger understanding of great creative work and alignment with Bumble’s brand vision and values.
About Bumble Inc.
Bumble Inc. is the parent company behind Bumble Date, BFF, and Badoo. The company’s platform is built to help people create healthy, equitable relationships through Kind Connections. Founded by Whitney Wolfe Herd in 2014, Bumble was among the first dating apps designed with women at the center. BFF supports friendship and community building, while Badoo is one of the early leaders in web and mobile dating products.
AI fluency
The company values curiosity and experimentation around AI. Candidates are encouraged to use AI thoughtfully and responsibly while preparing applications, but not to invent experience or rely on it for live interview responses. Authenticity, real judgment, and genuine voice matter, and AI may also be used in the hiring process to support efficiency, such as note-taking, transcription, summarization, and role matching. Human decision-making remains central.
Compensation
Final pay will be set based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skill set, and other job-related factors.

Reasonable adjustments are available during the process, and candidates may share their pronouns if they wish.
The company may use AI-supported tools in recruitment to help with recording, transcription, summaries, and job matching, but hiring decisions are made by people. Participation in AI-supported conversations is voluntary, and candidates can opt out at any time by telling the recruiter or interviewer.
