Role overview

This position is responsible for moving parcels safely and on schedule, checking items for accuracy during handover, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service while keeping shipments secure.

Key duties

• Collect and deliver packages safely along assigned routes while meeting strict time commitments.
• Confirm parcel and order details by checking and scanning items at pickup and delivery.
• Provide professional customer service and ensure packages are handled and packed securely.
• Immediately report delivery concerns, damaged items, or address errors.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Education

A secondary-school education or an equivalent qualification is required.

Experience

Candidates should have at least 1 year of professional driving experience.

License requirements

Applicants must hold either a minimum Class C car licence (AUK012) or a minimum Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence (AUK013).
