Corporate Learning & Development Specialist

Role Overview

This is an hourly contract opportunity for a vocational training expert to support the creation and evaluation of realistic AI training workflows. The work is remote and structured as part-time, project-based engagement with ongoing collaboration.

Compensation is set at $40 to $55 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Develop believable digital work environments that reflect vocational and workforce training settings.
• Design layered, step-by-step tasks spanning curriculum planning, assessment, and training operations.
• Build situations centered on apprenticeship pathways, credentialing processes, and competency-based evaluation.
• Work with subject matter experts to keep tasks practical, rigorous, and aligned with real industry standards.
• Create scoring and evaluation rubrics for assessing AI performance in workforce training scenarios.
• Help benchmark and enhance AI systems for vocational training applications.

What We're Looking For

• Substantial background in vocational education, workforce development, or technical training.
• Hands-on experience with curriculum development, apprenticeship structures, or credentialing frameworks.
• Comfort using tools such as Google Classroom, Google Forms, or SharePoint.
• Solid knowledge of competency-based assessment methods and training processes.
• Strong analytical ability to convert real-world workflows into structured tasks.
• Clear written communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Experience in corporate learning or community college environments is an added advantage.
