Construction Supervisor

Role Overview

SERVPRO is hiring a Construction Supervisor to take charge of multiple reconstruction projects and help deliver a consistently high level of service to customers and clients. The role focuses on keeping jobs organized, on schedule, compliant with specifications, and profitable while supporting the broader construction team.

What You’ll Do

• Direct day-to-day activity across construction projects and keep customer satisfaction front and center.
• Coordinate the construction team and delegate tasks to superintendents.
• Set up project timelines, track progress, and stay on top of schedule and budget targets.
• Confirm that all work follows the approved plans, job specifications, local regulations, and scope requirements.
• Maintain complete project records, including photos, contracts, and change orders.
• Run end-of-day or end-of-job reviews with other superintendents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in construction management.
• PMP certification is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and organizational ability.
• Proven ability to meet production targets while protecting profitability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Work may involve exposure to harsh conditions, including heat.
• Ability to remain on your feet or move around for long periods is required, including time spent driving, sitting, and climbing.
• The job may involve climbing ladders and working at ceiling height.
• Noise levels at job sites can be high.
• Final selection is subject to a background check, where permitted by law.
